Catherine and her husband, Ian, set up ITM Games to produce murder mystery dinner party games, and mystery games for children and teenagers. ITM Games was one of the first dot.com companies to sell murder mystery games globally.
Continuing to write, Catherine worked in the charity sector and social research. She returned to auditing for nine years, before resigning to study Event Management at London Metropolitan University. Graduating with a first class honours degree in 2011, she set up "Invitation to Events" to produce social events.
Catherine wrote and directed her first full cast murder mystery production in 2011 and was invited to write an interactive treasure hunt for a national museum the following year.
In 2013, she set up "Treasure Hunts in London" specialising in scavenger hunts, treasure hunts and street games throughout Greater London.

Catherine Skeggs is a writer and producer of social team-building experiences. She has been an auditor, a support artist, a club organiser and a social researcher. She is an award winning event manager and has worked in the charity sector. She lives in London with her husband.
Following a very successful career as an auditor in large commercial organisations and the public sector, Catherine took time out to raise a family and become a murder mystery writer.
